I was banded December 14 2009 I have lost 112 pounds and still losing.

Well Cheryl I started my week as u showed me. Ive ate oatmeal with 1/3 scoop Protein Powder for Breakfast.< /p>

I had Greek yogurt with 1 ounce pretzels for snack.

3 ounce pork chop and 1/2 cup cottage cheese.

1/2 cup raspberries and 1/4 cup blueberries for snack.

And 3 oz grilled chicken 1/4 cup green Beans for supper.

IF I'm Hungary i'll have 1 string cheese for last snack

Is that too many Snacks and does that look good as a plan

I've noticed I'm not as Hungary when it's one of three main meals but it still seems like a lot of food daily. I was just eating three times aday and maybe I snack and meals where same size as now. I guess I'm just scared i'll gain with this much food

      Two months out from hiatal hernia repair.  Surgeon said to expect a lot more flatulence...something about the 'air' no longer being able to 'burp' out so comes out the other end.  That is my experience but have no understanding of why that swallowed air cannot be 'burped'. ???

        Me too girl!! Are you in the full liquid diet right now? It’s sooooo hard!

        Not yet. I was told I only have to do 24 hours of a liquid diet. But I have my pre-op tomorrow so I’m going to confirm if I need to do longer.

      Down 33 lbs and slightly stalled, but I'm gonna reevaluate and push through. I started back to work last week after 2 years of being disabled due to mental health as well as my weight. It's a great job and I'm just so happy to have this opportunity at a second chance at life. Hope everyone is having their best journey ❤️ Together, we got this!
