800 Cal Diet No Fat

My Doctor put me on a No fat 800 calorie diet..

Any suggestions on what I can eat?

Did your dr give you a diet plan??? I think it is unrealistic to be 'no' fat, low fat perhaps. My preop was Optifast, high Protein, low fat. No fat would be pretty much fruit only. Did you ask your dr for a guideline? (I would be interested what he means)

I talked to them over the phone and the nurse just said 800 cal No fat.. I was doing the shakes but I can't keep them down.

Then you need to call them back and get better instructions.
