Glad you found a shake that works. No way could you stick to a pre-op that was making you sick. n Good luck. If you find powders that are ok for you, you might try almond milk as a base. The unsweetened is very low calorie and low carbs and provides the same consistency as milk based shakes.< /p>

Is there a brand that you prefer? I've been using Lactaid Milk since I am lactose intolerant, but it's 90 calories per cup.

I just checked and it is unflavored, unsweetened almond milk by SILK. b I also like the vanilla. It has 30 calories/cup. Very little Protein, but that's what the powder is for.
