I've never taken it, however when researching carbs and weight loss, I did stumble on reviews for Raspberry Keotones. They weren't favorable at all, in fact most said it was a bunch of trash and total waste of money.

Ironically, Dr. Oz had them on his show awhile ago too but has since changed his mind on it as well.
