vmarlau 207 Posted November 15, 2012 Just wondering why eating less then 1200 calories would be a bad thing...
♥LovetheNewMe♥ 1,216 Posted November 15, 2012 Most studies show that when you eat less than 1200 calories consistantly you lose lean muscle mass not fat. 2 vmarlau and DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this
SueBee01 630 Posted November 15, 2012 Remember, those studies are on a normal body, we are not normal anymore. Eat calories based on your NUT's guidelines. I have been eating under 700 for over six months. No problems here and still losing. Discuss you meal plan with your NUT. 2 Maddysgram and vmarlau reacted to this
LizAndrews 18 Posted November 15, 2012 1200 Calories! I'm on full liquids, and I only had 350 today. 1 vmarlau reacted to this
vmarlau 207 Posted November 15, 2012 Thanks ladies .... And if we eat more then 1200 calories we don't lose any weight.. ... Well at least I don't think so... I've noticed that when I eat only 700 c a day I lose a pound r two when I eat 1100 r up to 1200 I gain like 4lbs in a day ... So now I'm confused I guess my body is trying to coupe with my lap-banded body! So weird how before I would lose weight so fast if I was only eating 1500 calories a day ... Now not so!
