What did you use to get rid of these ugly scars?

Scars will fade over time but getting rid of them I think is probably impossible. You can use some scar fade cream but I dont think they will go away completely.

Applying Vitamin E oil, or "Bio Oil" to your scars will help soften them. Also, using Mederma will help fade them. My abdomen already looked like a road map between my appy, gall bladder, and hysterectomy...I just added the band scars to my collection! Figured I probably won't ever have that bikini body anyhow :)

No negative thoughts allowed. I thought that too and my Husband bought me a bikini in Hawaii and it actually looks pretty good... scars and all y'all!

I actually know of a product that works wonders on scars. It's called "scar away". It's a sticky silicone striip that you can start putting over the scars after they have fully healed. Like a bandaide. I personally don't think that my band scars will need them, but I had a huge scar on my forehead a couple years ago. Fourteen stitches from a fall while painting a barn. From my eyebrow to almost my hairline. I had planned on getting cosmetic surgery eventually, but after using these while I slept for about six months even the laser treatment center said that they could not improve it much more than it already was. With makeup you can barely see it now. It smoothed out the scar so that I had a flat surface to work with.

I ordered them from Amazon.< /p>

The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
