kah1213 311 Posted November 14, 2012 Well, I thought I'd post some before/after pics (although I'm not really an "after" yet)! I had lapband with plication on May 29 and I'm down 40 lbs. I don't feel like I look different, but the pics help show the change. I encourage everyone to take a "before" pic...I almost didn't do it, but I'm gladi did! I looked at some pictures that where taken this week end and man what a difference. In group pictures I used to stand on the back row. Now I'm front and center and excited to see them.
