Yep, I did it. Broke down, made an appointment and KEPT THE APPOINTMENT! Gained 7 freaking pounds over the winter --blech--got a small fill and am feeling like NOW i am back in the game.

Hadn't been to the doc since October and was totally eating around the band--terrible.

But today is a new game. Off to chug some more water!

You only gained 7 pounds over winter? Wow! that's terrific! Think back before banding and how much weight you would have gained to give it some perspecitive....

And Gratz on getting back up and moving.
