My first fill ended in me gaining 3 pounds do this is the second one . Fingers crossed I'll see some weight loss :(. Feeling so discouraged .

Hang in there! Just keep doing what you have been told-1 cup meals, exercise, journal-and it will start to happen for you. Your body is still recovering from surgery and please, DON'T let the scale run your life!
