Yesterday, I am sure I made a bad choice, I woke up had a green tea, set off to work 8am, felt very light headed, wore clothes for winter and unusual for this time of year in UK it was hot,so I was cooking, however I came over very dizzy head spinning and wobbly felt I was goingdp to pass out, I had a tuna pot with me, eat half full, still felt weird just wanted to lie down, went to health shop bought whey protien drink and stated to feel better, came home, after finished my shift, had home made Soup, went to bed, put on weight today, so the moral of story eat before work plan my day, eat more cals any other advise cheers

something very similiar happened to me just like this today; I cannot eat or drink the morning (too tight); tried to eat lunch; could only get a small yogurt down; then, began sweating heavily; heart rate dropped to 80/60; thought for sure I was going down; I am going in Wednesday for an UNFILL . . . hope that helps

        Fairlife Core are by far the best. They taste just as they are - chocolate milk. You can either get the 26 grams or the 42 grams (harder to find and more expensive).
