Lori4080 64 Posted November 13, 2012 I just came from the pre-surgery phycologist appointment. Because I listed Zoloft as a medication, I now have to take an hour long test with tons MORE questions. I don't know what to think about this. Is anyone taking antidepressants with the lap band? Could I be denied because of being treated for depression? Thanks for any thoughts. AnnaRabbit 16 Posted November 13, 2012 Hi. Good luck. I am taking meds for bi-polar and depression, and I was approved, and banded seven days ago. All is good. Stay strong, stay positive. You'll get there. Best wishes!

Lori4080 64 Posted November 14, 2012 Thanks everyone. This just took me off guard. That and having to pay an extra $250 for the test. Yes, by the time I got out of there I was questioning my sanity. Now I'm questioning theirs! Sure hope this doesn't hold things up...or worse. 1 joylene6 reacted to this
