Help! Need Ideas For Weekend Away And Still On Soft Food Stage

I'm going away this weekend, Friday morning till Sunday night, and I just started looking at my soft foods list, and most of them need to be refridgerated. I may/may not have access to a fridge, and can probably bring my kettle. I will be in a major city, so I will have access to restaurants, although not sure what I can even order. Any suggestions?

Scrambled eggs, Soups, soft cooked veggies, most restaurants will have a vegetarian dish. Pot roast with gravy if you chew well.

I dont know what's on your list but most restaurants have hummus, Soup, cottage cheese, mashed potatoes and other soft food. Remember that most anything except meat is able to be mashed up with a fork... like Beans, peas and carrots... and if you chew anything well enough you should be ok. If it were me I would stay away from bread, rice, pasta... those are not easy to chew.

I did Pasta when I was stuck in a restaurant situation on my soft diet. Pasta was on my list and I ordered a pumpkin ravioli..........ended up cutting alot of the pasta edges off and eating the insides. oatmeal and eggs for bfast. Hummus, Soup etc for lunch. good luck.
