Wheetsin 714 Posted April 4, 2006 Wondering about their quality, and accurate sizing? They carry the elusive "shorts-kini" swimwear I'm a fan of (read: tank top and shorts made of swimsuit material). :ban:
Alexandra 55 Posted April 4, 2006 I have, and they have great stuff albeit pricey. I found their sizing to be very generous, too.
Teresita 0 Posted April 4, 2006 Oh my goodness, I love Junonia. Great quality and sizes are true and I'm 6'1". Go for it, that is where I bought my bathing suit from about 5 years ago and it still looks great. Check out their clearance section.
Zoe 6 Posted April 4, 2006 I agree with Alexandra. I love my two-layer parka, and I don't want to replace it even though it's too big for me now! FYI, it's a size 1x and it fit me perfectly when I weighed 230 (@ 5'9"). I suggest ordering a size down from whatever the sizing chart tells you to order, unless you like a really loose fit. IndyPenguin 0 Posted April 4, 2006 I also love Junonia. (Just spent waaaayyyy too much $$ there about a week ago...) I love their dual-layer workout shorts. They don't ride up when you're walking. :clap2: Bren
Vickie1177 0 Posted April 4, 2006 Thats funny I never heard of them until today I came home and I had a catalog in the mail. I signed on and read my mail and I find this thread what a coincidence
CTpaddler 0 Posted April 5, 2006 Junonia is wonderful. The clothing is all well made with high quality fabrics. I have very large upper arms and none of the sleeves are too tight. I'm wearing one of their turtlenecks right now and also have good luck with Tees, slacks, shorts, jackets, and all the things I wear when paddling my sit on top kayak including polypro tops, Quik Wik pants, and (when it's cold) a long Aquatard. They are good about returns, so you can exchange if something doesn't fit well. Good luck and have fun. Ellen
gentlespirit 1 Posted April 6, 2006 I have purchased their swimming suits and really liked them. They are kind of pricey, but quality is worth it in the long run. I love their Chloroban suits for Water aerobics because they stand up to the cholorine in the pool. Emily
