Yes, I orders tge sample pack from both companies! My favorites are Nectars Double Stuffed Cookie and Unjury chicken Soup (so good) and Unjury Unflavored (can mix in ANYTHING. . .and is truly unflavored)!

I'm starting my pre-op diet this Wednesday and went and bought Light Muscle Milk and tried it this morning to see what it would taste like and it was HORRIBLE! The secret to the chicken broth is to mix it in a small amount of cold Water first. THEN fill the cup with hot Water. If not it will not mix and it will terrible. I threw out 3 servings before getting it right.

So I like the shake ok but I'm mixing it with Water. I see some people mix it with skim milk. That would probably be much better but I didn't think I could have milk? I also get to eat other Protein so I guess every diet is different. This is day 1 and the thought of 13 more seems like an eternity! Lol

My surgeon allowed only Water prepping but skim milk allowed post op.
