lousianalady 44 Posted November 12, 2012 I bought a skin, hair and nails supplement yesterday. Scared to take it because of warnings to see doc before you start it and possible allergic reactions. I have been taking 1000 mcg of Biotin since surger (January 2012), with no issues...but I'm not a doctor and I see mine every month. I also am not one with allergy issues.
