DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! 12,703 Posted November 10, 2012 Because you just had surgery 4 days ago. You still have a lot of healing to do. Rest, drink lots of Water, follow your post op diet, and give yourself time to heal. 3 Domika03, Grandma3 and Maddysgram reacted to this

FLORIDAYS 3,040 Posted November 10, 2012 Thanks mis73 I'm actually trying to follow diet but i just have no appetite. I think I may have consumed less during the first 4 days post up than I was supposed to eat in a day. It's normal. Your appetite will return soon. 1 ☠carolinagirl☠ reacted to this
PJ Geeser 108 Posted November 10, 2012 I think maybe you need to force yourself to get a little nourishment...I had ALL of the same things as you at the same time...I felt like hell! I quit the pain meds as they were tooo strong for me as well as forced my self to get a little pudding, Jello or what it is you are to eat. I felt better the first day after getting some liquid food down and also the headache went away after that. I think your whole body is in shock from surgery alone, that time of month and lack of food combined...just a suggestion for you -maybe it will help you also
Banjo257 920 Posted November 11, 2012 I keep hoping mother nature doesn't arrive at my surgery time. Double whammy!
SandyC2 32 Posted November 11, 2012 didja ever hear the term"when it rains it pours?", Its the bodies way of just gettin this sht outta the way. I swear by chicken boullion cubes dissolved in hot hot Water.and motrin,(or in this case one of yer pain pills, cause ya cant take motrin or advil, whatever is allowed for crampy achey) for just about everything. Heating pad, most worn out clean nightie, blanket and good book, remote in hans, and some cold cold Water standin by, then luxuriate in the comfort and feel better please. Try it, it might help. sincerely, Sandy 1 Banjo257 reacted to this
line-dancer 810 Posted November 11, 2012 keeping feet up should slow down your flow and some chicken broth nice and hot makes everyone feel better. I made a hug pot before surgery and was so glad I did when I csme home. Call your doctor about the headache its probably from the pain meds and they can give you another. Heating pad was my life saver as well as gasx and a laxative to get things moving.....it will get better .....line dancer
