lauradevans 52 Posted November 10, 2012 I was banded 10/24/12 and we were released by our doctor (before anyone starts on the timing) to eat solid food. I have a huge restriction at night. I can eat Breakfast and lunch without problems but at night... I can barely eat supper. I feel like everything I eat gets "Stuck" or I have a sliming come on... I have read some say 1st of morning they are "tight" and feel restricted for a while but anyone else feel it at night? I may just have to try to get LOTS of Protein or my highes portion in at lunch.< /p>
CHEZNOEL 4,061 Posted November 10, 2012 You could be too tight? It takes a while after surgery for all the swelling to go down. Everyone is different. Talk to your doctor.
Scorpio Girl 88 Posted November 10, 2012 Just take it easy at night...avoid pbs and getting stuck, have a "soft" dinner. You're too early out to be having food getting stuck.
Darkkmocha 5 Posted November 10, 2012 I don't have a problem a night, but I usually can't eat solids until around noon.
Krussell19 217 Posted November 10, 2012 Mine is just the opposite I can't eat anything solid till atleast lunch time. But everyone is diffrent. Maybe try getting most of your food groups in during Breakfast and lunch and take it easy with a protien shake for dinner. Then you still get your nutrients but your not fighting to get the solids down.
hely88 883 Posted November 10, 2012 I think everyone is different. Are you measuring your food? My tightest time is in the morning and sometimes I save what is left from breakfast to east with my lunch.. As long as you measuring your food chewing and eating slow you should be good. Stop when you are satisfied not full
