donna12 742 Posted November 10, 2012 I think I'm up to either 5.85 or 6cc's I've lost track and forgot to ask. This morning had Cereal, got that down, was scared to eat an egg. For lunch my mom cooked salmon patties, delish but a little on the dry side and I almost got stuck but got it down so I asked her later in the day to make or show me how to make a cheese sauce and we did and for dinner I ate a small pc of quiche which went down ok. I'm scared about chicken which I was able to eat before, of course tiny bites and fish. Got to test the waters again now. Up for the challenge tho. I had lost 8 lbs in a month since I had been in last and got up this morning and had lost 2 more lbs, totalling 45. Never in my wildest dreams would I ever have thought I could do this. 1 dee257 reacted to this

hely88 883 Posted November 10, 2012 i was told liquid to mushie as well. It is a ls good to do to keep your mind on track as well as your stomach. Be careful but from your post I dont see a reason to be scared. Sounds like you are doiing ok. Just remember the smaller the pieces the longer you chew and the slowest you eat your meal the easier it will be. Good lucky! 1 donna12 reacted to this
