His nurse echoed his statement' date=' saying she's known others with both the band as well as the sleeve who've had great results doing it.[/quote'] Great job!!!! 1 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! reacted to this

Fat is a little high but work is in progress. Actually for a low carb day, your fat is fine! In fact you did really good overall! Do you struggle to get in calories on low carb days? I do big time, I'm just full all the time. 1 PattyGirl66 reacted to this

Jim1967 3,569 Posted November 19, 2012 Yes, low carb days are hard for me as well calorie wise. I do find low carb days easier to manage then I do high carb days. I feel like I eat like a pig on high carb days. Funny I thought when I started this I would look forward to high carb days but I don't. Band has not just changed my body. It has changed my mind... 2 DELETE THIS ACCOUNT! and PattyGirl66 reacted to this
Lapbandster 496 Posted November 19, 2012 I HATE these high carb days!!! :( They're so much harder for me than the low carb days because I really let myself go. Also by the low carb days I have a very clear idea of what I CAN'T eat, so it's way easier for me to make good choices. so far today I ate 912 calories 91g carbs And I still have a wedding to go to, so i'll be lucky if I'll keep my calories below ~1200. I usually like to keep 'em below 1000....
Jim1967 3,569 Posted November 19, 2012 Nice!! btw, how did u paste your totals from mfp here? I use the snipping tools built into Windows 7. It is under accessories. I snipped the header and then snipped the totals and pasted and lined them up in paint. Saved it and uploaded it. I was a little discouraged with Lose It. It seems there database of food is not as good or should I say accurate as myfitnesspal and when you add foods it has to go through an approval process. I do like the reporting options better in Lose It but for me I would rather have the accuracy of MFP.
