Less Than 24 Hours To Go!

Well it looks like it comes down to less than 24 hours for my surgery. I'm so excited and can't wait to finally be banded! It's been very difficult getting here, but I think that it makes you appreciate it more and prepares you for what's ahead. Is anyone else getting banded tomorrow November 8th? It would be nice to have a buddy for the same day. :-)

Good luck with procedure. A new You will be starting after surgery. It's all about You, your health and weight control. After surgery be sure to drink plenty of Water. SIP the Water. Take in your Protein shakes, SF popsicles, SF Jello and your broths. You wont feel like eating much the first 24-48 hours. I added a bit of dried diced onion to my broths for additional flavor.

Think healthy and slender. Be positive!
