Buy chewables until you feel confident with swallowing larger pills. My B-Complex is a capsule, not huge and has worked fine for me. I get them from vitacost. I also take Biotin, zinc and phosphate.

I get the liquid Nature's Way multi vit/ multi mineral. It doesn't taste fantastic, but it has everything we need.

My doc recommends Centrum and Flinstones with Iron. One each per day. It is hard to find a chewable Vitamin that is as complete as a regular pill. Just because they say they are complete doesn't mean they are. Check the labels. Good luck!

Dr recommended either one of the bariatric blends or Centrum chewables.< /p>

I take the Centrum & Calcium chewables.

I get them from CVS when they have a bogo. I chew them up at the same time and the taste of calcium cut the Vitamin taste so not to bad.

My Dr said no gummies.< /p>

I take Centrum complete chewables. Orange flavor, i get them on subscribe and save via Amazon and it's pretty cheap. They taste ok and dont make me feel sick like other Vitamins i've tried. I also do a liquid B-12/folic acid and chewable Calcium with D and a separate D3. I get the chewables from GNC and they're good!

I dont take any because I am not Vitamin deficient. I have my blood work done every three months and my doctor told me if you're not deficient you dont need them. All you're buying is expensive pee. Get your levels checked not everyone needs them.

Day 1 of pre-op liquid diet (3 weeks) and I'm having a hard time already. I feel hungry and just want to eat. I got the protein and supplements recommend by my program and having a hard time getting 1 down. My doctor / nutritionist has me on the following:
1 protein shake (bariatric advantage chocolate) with 8 oz of fat free milk 1 snack = 1 unjury protein shake (root beer) 1 protein shake (bariatric advantage orange cream) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein bar 1 protein shake (bariatric advantace orange cream or chocolate) 1 snack = 1 unjury protein soup (chicken) 3 servings of sugar free jello and popsicles throughout the day. 64 oz of water (I have flavor packets). Hot tea and coffee with splenda has been approved as well. Does anyone recommend anything for the next 3 weeks?

All I can tell you is that for me, it got easier after the first week. The hunger pains got less intense and I kind of got used to it and gave up torturing myself by thinking about food. But if you can, get anything tempting out of the house and avoid being around people who are eating. I sent my kids to my parents' house for two weeks so I wouldn't have to prepare meals I couldn't eat. After surgery, the hunger was totally gone.

I have my final approval from my insurance, only thing holding up things is one last x-ray needed, which I have scheduled for the fourth of next month, which is my birthday.
