Full Liquids Started Today

What can I have other than Protein Shakes during this week of full liquids? I'm so glad to be done with broth!

broths, Soups (drained or blended smooth).

i drained chicken Soup, low sodium and mixed with my broth

popsicles were my life savor....didnt your dr give you a list of what you could have?

Yes. I was given a list and the things that you mentioned were allowed during the first week, thin liquids. I'm looking for more variety. I was told I can have thicker soups like Tomato Soup.< /p>

well, pick a Soup, and blend blend it til smooth...what i did

def filled me up and helped with being hungry

congrats on doing so well :)

I added cottage cheese to the blender with those Soups, added more Protein. Greet yogurt, pudding - my list also included carnation instant Breakfast, smoothies (no seeds), pretty much if it falls off a spoon and has no lumps or seeds, I could have it...........
