I was wondering how all of our body tell us funny things, so I want to know, whats your sign that :hungry: your body tells you to stop eating?

I get a little burp or hiccup. Time to slow down, time to wrap it up. Time to end the meal. Works great!

I pretty much get full in exactly the same way I did before only sooner. Sometimes I get hiccups too but only if I've been eating something like bread.< /p>

I don't know how to explain it. Usually I just "know" it's time to stop, even mid bite. In that case, I spit out what is in my mouth (delicately and lady-like into a napkin so I don't have an unlady-like PB)

I get the Hiccups! I stop eating and then I realize that I am full. I am still working on that head hunger so thank GOD for the hiccups!

Hmm... well since my big fill, I feel pain..not sharp pain, but just real uncomfortable... soudns crazy but it works pretty good!

Well, I eat almost all my meals out - so that little "hiccup" (or worse, but rarely that little 'burp' sound :paranoid ) is a signal that means, "Check, Please!"

That does it for me, most of the time.

Now that you guys have mentioned the hiccups, I DO get them after most meals, but never related them to the band or being full...
