I need something to motivate me and help me continue losing weight since I have been stuck in the same weight since last month. So here I go! Name, real or screen~ Patty Goal weight for November 29th~250 lbs Weight on November 1st~ 261.6 Age~38 Dietary goal for November~Eat less amounts since I have no restriction yet and eat healthier, better food choices. Exercise goal for November~Do some walking or elliptical machine (it is just in my bedroom holding clothes) Personal goal for November~Make more time for myself and enjoy life since I am ALWAYS busy. Date banded~6/20/12 Total weight loss since banding/pre op diet~26.4 lbs What is your favorite Thanksgiving/November Activity?~ Spending my day with all my family (8 siblings and their families, my mom and my husband and son).
