Two small meat balls, chicken only from inside mc Donalds peel off batter (bad choice I know,) tea time half cup pumpkin Soup with a low laughing cow triangle, and then for a snack small light cheese straw, not great choices but been at wk since 10pm yesterday till 5pm today,so out of house any idea's ? 5 weeks in...... wildrose1966 396 Posted October 31, 2012 My opinion is that you are drinking too much of your calories, no fresh fruits or veggies. Make a sandwich on toasted bread, or bring cold cuts or mixed tuna/chicken and put them on rice cakes or crackers. Mommy1558 2 Posted November 1, 2012 If you like chocolate try buying plain Greek yogurt and one box of instant Sugar Free Chocolate pudding mix. Mix the entire large container of plain Greek yogurt and the box of pudding. Then put it all back in the yogurt container. It has 23 g of Protein in one cup.... Of course I dont eat a cup. Kinda tastes like a "faux chocolate cheescake." I keep it in the fridge and have a little occassionally when I have the desire for a treat. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
