Lannae 46 Posted October 31, 2012 the day of the fill, its liquids next day mushies, and Soup then third day I ease into it...I had my first unfill a month back, not sure I must have irritated the band, and it was scary and I was scared to eat, but start small, and then be gradual with it!!
