Dr visit went great he said I can try eating today I did and forgot to chew a bite correctly wow lap band was quick to remind me at least now I know what happens now chew chew

Oh my! Yep, it will let you know it's there if you don't chew well enough. I find that I really need to be mindful when I'm eating. Otherwise, I get distracted and my band is there to remind me to stay focused.

My appointment was awsome they did tell me to increase my protine and gave me all kinds of recepies my top incision is acting funny but he said it look good idk but I'm going to not eat with friends cuz me chit chatting and eating no good I realized what I had done when I swallowed but it wad tooooo late but I'm glad it happened!!
