I got the band lost the weight. Got in a bad relationship and quit following rules didn't have any support and gained. I have gotten out of that now working on getting my journey back on track . In the Louisville area looking for friends to help.

I am not in KY but have you contacted your Dr? Most have monthly support groups which can be of great benefit if you are struggling.
