lupediva 56 Posted October 30, 2012 Was band 6/19/12. I have been struggling so much. I need to step up my game. Lost 6lbs in 6 weeks, but i now i need to work harder. I promise myself that 1.i will eat my Protein first 2. Veggies next 3. Exercise daily st least 30 minutes 4. No empty Calories!
