Promises To Self!

Was band 6/19/12. I have been struggling so much. I need to step up my game. Lost 6lbs in 6 weeks, but i now i need to work harder. I promise myself that

1.i will eat my Protein first

2. Veggies next

3. Exercise daily st least 30 minutes

4. No empty Calories!

I will see about more and add to my list.

Funny we have trouble keeping promises to ourselves, but always keep them to others. So I'm going to check in with you my LBT pal and it will keep me on track too.

Sounds like an excellent plan. But really 6 lbs in 6 wks is still within the 1-2 lbs a week rule.

It's good that you can see where you can make improvements.
