Lost 10 lbs when isaw my dr for preop diet got down tweleve lbs and now put on 3 in 2 days... Do u think they will cancel my surgery

It's hard to say, when is your surgery?

The whole purpose of the preop diet is to shrink your liver so it's safe to maneuver during surgery. If your doctor thinks it's not shrunk enough, then yes, he will cancel your surgery.

Did you gain it from eating? Or from "that time of the month"?

I highly doubt it. A lot of what you are losing is Water weight too initially so it could just be Water retention/gain to be that big of a difference in that short timespan. Just make sure you are following the preop diet your doctor prescribed.

I have started spoting the only cheat i have had was friday a little extra grill chicken breast im allow 3 oz chicken & i had like 4.5 for dinner

Sounds like you will be fine. Prob just Water retention. Just follow the doc's guidelines.

Yeah that's just Water retention. Just tell your doctor you started and he'll understand.
