anjb07271 24 Posted October 29, 2012 Is this recipe ok for the band? I would think it would be... 2 small packages of sugar free fat free vanilla pudding, 2cups of fat free milk, 15oz can of pumpkin, 8oz tub of cool whip fat free, 1/4 tsp pumpkin spice...make pudding with 2 cups of FF milk and then fold in the rest of ingredients...then chill and enjoy!! It is so yummy 1 aferreira14 reacted to this

annaben62 21 Posted November 1, 2012 How many carbs?
RoniB 13 Posted November 9, 2012 didn't even think to look, sorry. are you really counting carbs? I count nothing but Protein, is what I was told by my doctor, but since I use FitnePal to keep track, it does count all the rest.
