fiveholts714 0 Posted April 2, 2006 I have almost no restriction and can eat anything I want. And I have been. I get a fill on 4/11 and it can't come soon enough. I weighted this morning expecting to be up a couple of pounds and I was down 3. I had a respiratory illness all week and didn't exercise, but I sure did eat! Weight loss is a weird thing. When I did weight watchers when I would reach a plateau and not lose for a couple of weeks, I would go out and eat a big...not on program.. meal and that week I would lose a couple of pounds. Someone explained that my body was thinking it was starving so it would slow down the metabolism...then I would eat a really big meal and it would decide things were back to the usual and speed up the metabolism. Maybe thats what happend to you...sounds good anyway. Problem is that doesn't last long. But hey 3 lbs down is 3 lbs down. Good job! Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
