OK, Halloween is coming up. I have a pumpkin. I would like to oven roast the seeds.

Has anyone with a band ever eaten pumpkin seeds? I would like to and I promise to chew, chew, chew...but wonder if there'll be any sharp pieces left after said chewing.

Also, do they have any nutritional value, using EVOO to bake with? Like Protein or something?
