At least 8-8oz glasses a day for hydration. Popsicles , broth and Jello can count toward that just not all of it. I'd be surprised if you got half that in the first few day.

Sneezing didn't hurt but you may want to hold a pillow to your belly, if you can. Same as when you cough. Actually I think coughing was scarier.
