Alexandra 55 Posted April 1, 2006 I'm told it's physically about the size of a half of your hand, but of course it can stretch a little to accommodate food. The capacity is intended to be about 1/2 to 3/4 of a cup, but as food moves through the bottom opening it's very common for people to be able to eat more than that before they have good restriction.
