missybear 86 Posted October 25, 2012 It does get better I found shifting around frequently helped and walking, even a short walk around the block with my dog helped
destynee1 417 Posted October 25, 2012 feel the same way... and I am much the same as sandi. 2nd day was the worse, not unbearable just worse.. I hated the bloatedness. and it's been hard to get in my Water. Working on it today though and some protein.. oi! been slackin! It has gotten a LOT better and this is my 4th day. I felt so much better yesterday. Around my incision is where I get a lot of tenderness where I have to hold it for a moment to continue doing what I was doing. I called the dr and he said it was normal, we just had surgery and rest up! I walk constantly around my apt.. from my bedroom to my living room and kitchen round and round. 1 bandedsandi reacted to this
takuwinds 81 Posted October 25, 2012 When my babies had bubbles after eating I would pat their backs. You know it works on adults too. Also when you are moving around, don't tense up, try to relax. Move around as much as you can, it will get better. I know, I had surgery on Monday and doing good now.
