Wild Mood And Energy Swings

heu every one,, ive noticed since my surgury ive had really extreme mood and energy swings,, just wondering if it is normal,, cuz its kinda getting me down :(

How long ago was your surgery? It could just be a reaction to the anaesthetic. Or could you be suffering PMS?

I hope it's normal because I feel the same way one day good one day emotional. Hope it goes away soon.

I had the same at the beginning and I'd cry for no reason at the time. Four months down the track I'm more settled. I think for me personally it was such a big change to my lifestyle, I was happy I got banded but was scared of failing again and mourning food. Also making sure I take my Vitamins everyday I've noticed made a big difference for me.

yea , im three weeks out,, its really annoying ,, cuz im back at work and the days i have no energy makes it hard to work

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
