C25K Question

So I started this two days ago. Skipped yesterday because of a crazy late workday. Are we allowed to skip days or should I just start over?

I did this program and its best to do 3 times a week and skip a day in between. Your body recovers and gets stronger on your days off!

C25k is the couch to 5k plan and it is amazing when I am healed I am doing it no doubt.

It's a program that has you start with a baby workout then work up to 5k over the course of 8 or 9 weeks.
