I can only feel food go through if I take too big a bite or eat too fast. Otherwise no, I can't feel it.

ditto on what they said... But it's kind of neat (and a relief) how it feels when it finally moves thru the stoma... and when I first wake up and get a drink of Water from the fridge I can feel it go all the way down.

Missy is right. I only feel food if I eat too big a bit or too fast. When this happends my band is very vocal. It gurggles as the food moves through, makes my step daughter laugh at me.
