I am. I have lost 10 pounds so far on pre op diet start was 286.6 now 276.6 in. 7 days

I start my pre op clear liquid diet in the morning!!! I hope I lose at least 10 pounds!!

Yep! October 31st for me too.

I've been on the pre-op diet for 7 days and lost 9 pounds so far. I hope this next week goes by quicker!!

This is Day 1 of my diet and I don't see how people can do it!!! I'm so weak!

I am drinking low carb slim fast with 20g of Protein for Breakfast Water all day & i have one of the below for lunch, another Protein Shake pudding Jello - sugar free or chicken Soup or popsicles.

For dinner chicken & veggies
