Aj....how do you deal with PBs.....and how often do you get them....this was the worse I have had....

It doesn't happen often, but (I am going to get hammered for saying this) if I'm still tight the next day I'll have a glass of wine. Alcohol relaxes the band. Then I can usually eat something soft.

Thanks for missing me. I've been super busy with our 4 kids. My hardworking hubby worked from 6am to 11:30pm, yesterday. I've been subbing and on the PTA in charge of Red Ribbon Week.

It's been a dang busy week! And no time to work out.
