Pana'sNewStart 68 Posted December 31, 2012 Best of luck and good wishes to those who are being banded in the morning. Remember walking really does help, even when you don't think you're up to it. You'll wake up and be banded!! That's an awesome feeling 2 Banjo257 and Formerly Fat reacted to this
Pana'sNewStart 68 Posted December 31, 2012 I've been banded for 17 days now' date=' and I still feel a bit of soreness around my big incision, which is where the port is located. Remember, that's where the doctor did most of the work, is through that incision, so it would be normal that it would be sore the most around that area. It does get better with time! I'm 20 lbs down, so it's all worth it. Hang in there! Hello to everyone else! [/quote'] This is true for me too! It's about 4 inches below my right breast. I'm 9 days post op and still tender. Formerly Fat 16 Posted December 31, 2012 On my way to check in...Wow. It reminds me of a quote: Alas, I always knew one day I would walk this road, but yesterday I did not know it would be today. I have been struggling with obesity all my life and contemplating the band for ten years. Today is the first day of the rest of my life. And by the way, I expect it to be a much longer life for all of us now that we have taken control! 2 Banjo257 and kazjim98 reacted to this
