14Cc Band

Banded may 9th 9.5cc still not feeling full very Lil restriction and weight loss. Very frustrated. Any advice ?

As for restriction, can you go at least 4 hours without hunger after eating a cup or less of food? If not, you likely need a fill.

As for weight loss, are you eating a cup or less of food per meal? About how many calories a day are you eating? Are you getting in all your Protein a day?

What kind of calories? Are you exercising?

What do you consider restriction? You should feel satisfied not stuffed. How long are you staying full and what are you eating? Are you following the drinking rules?
