Margo 0 Posted March 31, 2006 Hi everyone, I just found a new yogurt that tastes like your eating cream pie (without the crust, of course!!)....OMG, it is so good. It's new and it's by Yoplait. It's called Light, Thick and Creamy. Only 100 calories and no fat. I just ate the Peaches' N Cream....YUMMY, YUMMY, YUMMY.

Dody 0 Posted March 31, 2006 I don't like yogurt and I despise cottage cheese. I'm going to have a rough time of it aren't I? I will try this new yogurt though just to see if I might like it. I haven't found one I can eat yet except the Yoplait chocolate. I love lemon, but I've yet to find a really good lemon yogurt so I've given up. However, I do love the South Beach Diet products and especially the Protein Bars. I can make a meal out of one of them. I hope I can manage them as well down the road after the surgery. dawner119 0 Posted April 2, 2006 honest question (I haven't been banded yet) - can a yogurt really fill you up? wow. Also, is anyone concerned about the high sugar content in yogurt - it used to always make me place the container down, not worth it it's so high - or are you all eating yogurt with no sugar? If no one is looking at sugar content, then YoCream yogurt is simply fabulous!
Lynn B 0 Posted April 2, 2006 The yoplait thick and creamy is wonderful....I just discovered recently and I am addicted (2 a day). The regular lite yoplait although it has a thinner consistancy they have an apple turnover flavor that is to die for. Little chunks of apple, so creamy - it is a 100 cal fat free desert that is good for you. Yum!

Dody, These Yoplait yogurts that they are talking about are really good. They have one that is lemon pie flavored and the other day I found the Yoplait Whipped yogurt that is Lemon Merengue Pie flavored and to me was exactly like eating the real thing. Lemon pie in any shape, form, or fashion is my absolute favorite dessert, next to chocolate of course. They also make a chocolate cherry whipped yogurt that is like eating chocolate covered cherries. I have one of those that I'm saving for the last minute tonight so it will be the last flavor I taste before surgery in the morning. Audra

Now I really have to go try it!!! I bought all three flavors! I'll have to tell you which one I like best.
Wheetsin 714 Posted April 3, 2006 FF Yoplait used to be my favorite yogurt flavor, but too many carbs for how I'm trying to eat right now. Which brings me to... s anyone concerned about the high sugar content in yogurtI am, since carbs are one of the things my nutritionist really stresses, esp. during the first 6 months. I've found a low carb, low fat yogurt that's pretty good. I can't remember the brand off-hand, but it comes in 6 little pots per pack. I used the strawberry to help me get through my semi-liquid phase. I'll see what the brand is next time I'm downstairs.

Lynn B 0 Posted April 3, 2006 As far a carbs go - there are 19 g of carbs of which 14g are sugar but it is from the natural milk sugar - straight from my nut: "Keep in mind that is no such thing as sugar free dairy or fruit and the sugar content may go up to 15 grams of sugar per serving. " So its natural sugar opposed to refined sugar and according to the yoplait package "The only yogurt clinically shown to help you burn more fat than just cutting calories alone" Sounds good to me and the taste makes it all worth it!
