Ok I'm new just signed up for the seminar I'm 27 weight 264 and am 5'6'' I've been gain 10+ lbs a year for 8 years I've dieted over and over but I don't have the emotional support for my husband it doesn't concern him until he call me a fatass. That being said I want to do this for myself and my kids. What are the best and worsts about it and how much is it without insurance
