I had mine on 10/18 also, same doc as marketing dude (even rode to the airport with him, that's where I met him). I have some pain and gas and shoulder pain but walking helps tremendously. Just walk slow around your home every bit helps. Everybody is different and you will be great in no time!

Nice meeting you and wife Russell. This is going to be an interesting ride now that we are bandsters ! Lets definately stay in touch to encourage one another.
