What's everyone having today??i need some motivation to eat right. I finally started walking now just need to eat good!!

Breakfast: Quaker Healthy Weight Maple & Brown Sugar oatmeal

Snack: banana Creme Pie Low Fat Yogurt

Lunch: tuna & Crackers

Dinner: Scrambled egg whites & Jennie O Turkey Bacon (yummy)

If I have the urge for a snack after dinner I will have maybe a small banana, apple, SF pudding, or SF Blue Bunny fudgesicle.

muti gain hot ceral a full cup beczuse I am notr getting allo my cals in and I hungry an hour after Breakfast

french onion Soup red robins just a cup because of the sodium

snacks- 2 snapple, fiji apple

dinner- hungry girl spinich chicken yummy and then some

line dancer

lunch is 2 oz turkey , 6 wheat thins crackers, 1 oz havarti cheese and Tomato.< /p>

Starbucks coffee non fat milk no flavor.

lunch

special K chips with laughing cow cheese.

dinner

lentil Soup

mixed fresh fruit. left over from yesterday.

snack not sure yet :)
