Day number 4 started today, just weighed myself and I've dropped 3.5 pounds small step in my new journey. Got to thank the broth, Atkin shakes, oatmeal, and Jello. Surgery is a week away can't wait.

I wish I could have oatmeal on my preop diet... I know it will be hard but soooo worth it in the long run!! You are doing good so far! I am banded on November 5th!
