On Dr Oz web site hungry girl's shrimp with unnoodles and spinach is amazing and very healthy. Other recipes listed as well. Enjoy!

Yes..also chicken with peppers low sodium chicken broth with a tbs of corn starch is a favorite. Can also make a beef version.

      The 14th was my day. I am home and recovery is going pretty smooth. They even let me walk out of the hospital. Picture of me in recovery curtesy of my boyfriend lol.
